After intervention of prosecutor's offices Berezovsky rayon the large family received housing instead of damaged as a result of a fire

Berezovsky's Prosecutor's office of the Berezovsky district of the Krasnoyarsk Territory carried out an inspection according to the address of a large family about violation of its housing rights. It is established that in a house located in the settlement of city type Beryozovka where the large family lived, there was an ignition. As a result of a fire the housing became unsuitable for accommodation. Contrary to law requirements, local government unreasonably refused granting other housing. For restoration of the rights of applicants prosecutor's office sent to court claim about elimination of violations of the law which is considered and satisfied. Thanking...
