The deputy prosecutor of the region approved the indictment on criminal case concerning the 19-year-old local. He is accused of commission of three crimes provided by the item of h. 4 Art. 131 of Federal law of the Russian Federation of 13 June 1996 No. 63-FZ "On the Enforcement of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation" (rape, that is the sexual intercourse with use of a helpless condition of the victim who has not reached fourteen-year age).
