Eugenie Borisovich Lyulin headed Legislative Assembly of the Nizhny Novgorod region the VII convocation

Eugenie Borisovich Lyulin is elected the new chairman Legislative Assembly of the Nizhny Novgorod region the VII convocation. It became known of it during parliament meeting on October 5. 42 of 48 deputies voted for it. For Wladyslaw Atmakhov and Wladyslaw Ivanovich Yegorov who also were among applicants, were given 2 and 4 voices respectively.
