Czech Republic made the discrimination decision, having discharged Russian Federation and China of constructions the block of the nuclear power plant of "Dukovana". The deputy official representative declared information agency "ITAR-TASS" Zaytsev Aleksey , making comments on the decision of the Czech government. On September 27 the president Czech Republic Milos Zeman declared that Beijing and Moscow are excluded from lists of participants of the project.
