Ministry foreign affairs of Republic of Bulgaria sent on September 29 a note of protest to the chargê d'affaires of embassy Northern Macedonia in Sofia to Vladimir Krastevski because in the village Klepach near the Macedonian Prilep the inscription on a monument to the hero of revolt against Ottomans Velkovsky Velko to Skochivirchet was allegedly changed. Velkovski with eight more insurgents was killed in 1906 in collision with Turks. All of them were buried in the church yard in Klepache. On a gravestone names were noted them.
