To Russian Federation suggested to forbid persons to work with a criminal record in a taxi

The government introduced in State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation the bill which offers to establish a ban on work in a taxi and city transport to persons with the outstanding or not removed criminal record for heavy and especially serious crimes. At registration as the individual entrepreneur the natural person will have to provide the certificate of lack of a criminal record if plans to be engaged in transportations passengers. Carriers, for example, taxi aggregators, also will not be able to allow persons with a criminal record to work.
