Ramzan Kadyrov a victory on elections established a world record

On elections of President of the Republic of Chechen Ramzan Kadyrov gathered such percent of votes of voters which allowed it to establish a world record. During elections of President of the Republic of Chechen 99,7% of inhabitants of the region gave the votes for Ramzan Kadyrov.
