SEC achieved extension of a term of the petition in the matter of Ripple

Securities and Exchange Commission of the USA achieved extension of a term of the petition for sealing up of documents. According to the lawyer Filan James, court granted the regulator a delay till September 24 inclusive. According to inquiry of SEC, documents are connected with dispute concerning answers of the regulator to questions of application of test of Haui to tokens of Ripple for the last eight years. On September 21 the Commission notified court that "does not object" to the petition of Ripple about sealing up of the documents concerning answers of representatives of companies on certain questions of the regulator.
