Moscow rose by 7 positions and entered in top-50 a rating of the largest financial centers of the world (Global Financial Centres Index, GFCI) which each half a year the financial Z/Yen Group lets out Ltd. Analysts estimate participants of a rating by five criteria: conditions of maintaining businesses (existence of the principle of rule of law, political stability, convenient measures of regulation etc.), infrastructure (information technologies, transport etc.), human capital (flexible labor market, availability of the personnel), quality of a financial system (availability of the capital, liquidity...
