Chess tournament at the St. Petersburg university Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation

On September 21 in the Cultural center the St. Petersburg universities Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation the first round of traditional open chess tournament among variable structure universities took place.
