PUBLIC JOINT-STOCK COMPANY "MTS-BANK" approved new structure boards of directors

PUBLIC JOINT-STOCK COMPANY "MTS-BANK" updated board of directors. As appears from release of the credit organization, the new structure of council was approved at extraordinary general meeting of its shareholders on September 10. The new board of directors included representatives of top management of the parent Company bank — Public joint-stock company "Mobilnyye TeleSistemy", and also external independent directors. The quantitative structure of council remained the same — nine people.
