Arbitral tribunal of the Republic of Mordovia 07.07.2020 satisfied the statement of claim of the deputy prosecutor of the republic about recognition of invalid contracts free use by a non-residential premise of 14.12.2018, concluded between MBOU "Atminskaya secondary comprehensive school" and GBUZ RM "Romodanovsky Policlinic" with the consent of Administration of the municipal district Romodanovsk of the Republic of Mordovia.
