Federal Air Transport Agency can stop night landings without devices by data newspaper "Kommersant", after L-410 plane accident to Irkutsk Region Federal Air Transport Agency suggested to analyse possibility of a ban of night flights on insufficiently equipped platforms. Landings in difficult meteoconditions formally are not allowed at night and now, however, as experts note, they are sometimes inevitable in small aircraft. The ban, according to experts, can paralyze completely small airfields which are not able to afford the expensive equipment.
