Opinion: The West makes the same mistakes in Afghanistan and Bosnia and Herzegovina

It is impossible to allow that external influence at creation of any state and its institutes proceeded more than 10−12 years. Such opinion was expressed on September 14 by the former Supreme representative across Bosnia and Herzegovina (BIG) Wolfgang Petrich.
