"Service-Telecom" plans to carry out IPO in the next two years

The operator of cellular towers planned to carry out IPO in the next two years. At an entry into the exchange the cost of an asset can exceed $1 billion, for public placement securities a minimum of $400 million can be offered. Initial public offering by "Service-Telecom" at the exchange is considered also by competitors of the operator – "Vertical" and "The Russian towers", reported newspaper "Kommersant" with reference to participants of the market.
