"Magnet" updated structure Boards of directors

Meeting of shareholders "Magnet" chose new Board of directors which number of members was increased with 9 to 11 at annual meeting of shareholders in June of this year. As a whole Board of directors kept continuity — seven of his members already were earlier directors of "Magnet", however in its structure amplified at the expense of four new members.
