The strong earthquake occurred at coast of Sumatra

Moscow, on September 13 - newspaper "Argumenty i fakty". The Altai-Sayansk branch of Uniform Geophysical service Russian Academy of Sciences reported that the earthquake measuring 5,6 is recorded in the water area of the Indian Ocean in 88 km to the West from the island of Sumatra, transfers information agency "Interfaks". According to information of seismologists, epicenter of a tremor was in 31 km from the western coast of the Indonesian island. On intensity of concussions in epicenter the seismoevent is estimated as "quite strong".
