16 people were lost because of shutdown of system of giving oxygen in hospital in staff Hidalgo in the central part of Mexico, transfers newspaper "Delovoy Kazakhstan". The governor of the region Omar Fayad Meneses on Tuesday declared mass media that since evening of Monday pouring rains which caused floods fell upon the state.
