The information environment higher education institutions has to develop

On September 8 the expanded editorial board of the newspaper "Udmurt University" with participation of the rector Merzlyakova G. V. took place. Directors of institutes and divisions higher education institutions, and also employees who within last academic year took active part in formation of information policy of the newspaper were invited.
