For 2020 PUBLIC JOINT-STOCK COMPANY "GAZPROM NEFT" will pay 71 billion rub of dividends

Meeting of shareholders PUBLIC JOINT-STOCK COMPANY "GAZPROM NEFT" approved payment dividends for 2020 of 15 rubles on an action, including intermediate, company reports. According to the charter PUBLIC JOINT-STOCK COMPANY "GAZPROM NEFT", authorized capital of companies consists of 4,741 million common stocks. Thus, company will direct on dividends of 71,115 billion rubles. PUBLIC JOINT-STOCK COMPANY "GAZPROM NEFT" at the moment passed to payment dividends of not less than 50% of net profit according to the international standards of the financial reporting (IFRS).
