Floods in Venezuela carried away lives of 20 people

At least 20 people were lost in the western Venezuelan Merida as a result heavy rains which caused floods of the rivers and a descent of mud streams. The president of the country declared an emergency rule for a period of 90 days. Water flows and dirt carried away cars and the whole houses. As the governor of staff reported, were destroyed more than 1200 buildings. 17 people are considered as missing persons, them continue to look for under blockages.
