TVO and Areva-Siemens agreed about connection to a power network of the third block of the nuclear power plant "Olkiluoto" under construction in October, 2021

TVO the Finnish power company Industrial Power COR "Teollisuuden Voima Oyj" declared yesterday that reached consensus with consortium Areva-Siemens concerning a date of completion of the project of the third EPR power unit of the nuclear power plant "Olkiluoto". This third block, construction which began in 2005, it is planned to connect to a network in October of this year and to begin regular electricity generation in February, 2022.
