Hanzhong / prov. Shaanxi/, 24 August/Xinhua / C 21 till August 22 Province of Shaanxi / Northwest China / fell upon the district of Mianxian of Hanzhong therefore the district underwent large-scale flooding, objects in agriculture sectors, transports, power industry, communication and a water management were considerably damaged.
