To Nizhny Novgorod Region the bust is open for the Emperor Alexander II

Exactly 110 years ago on July 3, 1911, in commemoration of the 50 anniversary of cancellation of a serfdom, in Gorodets on Aleksandrovskaya Square the monument to the Emperor Alexander II who has made a decisive contribution to release of peasants was open.
