Collection agencies will be able to obtain since the end of August target loans on purchase portfolios arrears, writes newspaper "Kommersant". Online auction on sale arrears Debex and TRANSPORT COMMERCIAL BANK BANK PUBLIC JOINT-STOCK COMPANY started the program for crediting of collectors, told in Debex.
