As the journalist Norman Mailer debuted in Esquire in 1960. The sketch about Kennedy John "The superman comes to a supermarket" made huge success, however Norman Mailer remained is dissatisfied with that the editor without his permission changed the name, and refused to write for the magazine until to it will not bring public apologies. Two years later in Esquire there was an essay of the writer about Jaquie Kennedy which preceded an edition apology. Cooperation with the magazine proceeded more than forty years, and even in 71 years Norman Mailer did not miss opportunity to talk to Madonna about glory, loneliness, contraception...
