Court renewed an investigation of case of former "owners" Balakhna

We will remind, the former deputies who Balakhna were considered as informal owners, were suspected of participation in fraud and corruptions. As considers a consequence, they became organizers of criminal group which achieved construction of shopping center on an autostation place.
