Mintrans will toughen requirements to car pictures on checkup points

Mintrans decided to toughen rules of photography of vehicles on checkup points for fight against swindlers. Public discussion of the draft of the order Mintrans with new requirements came to the end on a site of regulations of single portal "regulation.gov.ru", reports newspaper "Kommersant". As the edition, shooting notes cars on checkup points and fixing of coordinates of process became one of key innovations of reforms checkups in March.
