JOINT-STOCK COMPANY "CONCERN "KALASHNIKOV" in a judicial order collected for illegal application of attributes of the brand of AK-47 of 17 million rubles. The symbolics of the known Russian weapon enterprise was used by other businessmen at advance of own production. Arbitral tribunal of the city of Moscow considered some demands from JOINT-STOCK COMPANY "CONCERN "KALASHNIKOV". The Russian weapon brand demanded compensation from LLC "VREMYA GALAKTIKI" and LLC "KiT" to compensate losses for uses of its trademark.
