It occurred after governor's check on July 28 the Governor Oryol Region Andrey Klychkov dismissed chapter Zavodskoy rayon the Eagle Sergei Sedov because of badly well-groomed yards. The governor declared it on the air in website "Instagram". By words Andrey Klychkov, in the morning on July 28 he together with the mayor Orla Youri Nikolaevich Parakhin decided to inspect a condition of the yards in Zavodskoy rayon.
