TutorOnline – group of companies, for the transaction about "Uchi.Ra" it carried out restructuring of legal persons in February of this year, the director of development told TutorOnline Laput Sergei. "Uchi.Ra" received 8,7% in the new legal entity – LLC "TYUTORONLAYN". By data SPARK-Interfaks, shares of founders — Pashkov Alexander and Solovyeva Valeria – decreased to 46,4% and 40,56% respectively.
