European Court of Human Rights the inquiry rejected Russian Federation on blockade Republic of Crimea

European Court of Human Rights registered the first interstate complaint Russian Federation against Ukraine. Complaint was registered at number 36958/21. As it is noted in the communique of vessels, within this Government of the Russian Federation demanded complaints that ESPCh called Government of Ukraine "to stop restrictions of the rights of Russian-speaking people". It, in particular, concerns access to their native language at school, and also in mass media and Internet.
