Members of the Young Guard "United Russia" Party began collecting offers for the national program which will submit on September elections. In the regional center and municipalities they plan to meet young people. Besides, will accept offers in absentia – through social networks, Internet forms and a site np.er.ru, writes Pobeda26 news agency.
