INTERFAX-VOLGA REGION - Ministry finance Ulyanovsk region at auctions plans to attract on August 2 the short-term loans with on 3 billion rubles, analyses placed in system purchases "Interfax Marker" (earlier - SPARK Marketing) follow from documentation. So, the region plans to attract 4 credit with a limit of 500 million rubles everyone under an interest rate not higher than 7% per annum and two credit 500 million rubles not higher than 6,75% per annum everyone under an interest rate.
