Habezskaya interregional prosecutor's office Karachay-Cherkess Republic in a judicial order demands carrying out the state registration of the property right to highways

The Habezsky interdistrict prosecutor's office carried out an inspection of observance of the legislation regulating an order of use of municipal property. During check it is revealed that the property right of the Habezsky rural settlement to highways in the order established by the law is not registered. In this connection the prosecutor appealed to court with the administrative statements of claim addressed to administration of municipal educations, about assignment of a duty to register the property right concerning highways.
