Floods in the north France

After severe floods to Belgium and Germany state of emergency was declared and in the north France. Because of the plentiful precipitation which has dropped out in regions Grand-Est and O-de-Frans last week, settlements were flooded because of flood of the local rivers. The highest level of danger remains in the northeast of France in departments Ardennes, Marne, Oise and Ena. So, the water level in the Top Marne reached 3,23 m, having broken a record of 1983 with an indicator of 3,18 m. In the next few days these indicators can grow to 3,25 m.
