In the morning on July 18 on Polkovoy Street there was an accident on an underground conduit. Crews of power engineering specialists quickly eliminate its consequences. As a result of accident without water supply there were 154 high-rise buildings and 1 thousand 280 private houses. In them there live 30 thousand people, including about 12 thousand 500 children.
