Federal Service for Veterinary and Phytosanitary Surveillance told all truth about the Russian saury

Federal Service for Veterinary and Phytosanitary Surveillance studied 858 recently issued production electronic documents in Mercury system in which the raw materials or product processings specified a saury. Signs of falsification are found in 448 of them. These signs are meant as lack of a saury in raw materials when product is made from this fish, or a deviation limits of consumption rates of raw materials on development of a unit of production.
