More than 450 000 people signed the on-line petition calling for cancellation of the Olympic and Paralympic Games to Tokyo for protection of life of people. Signing of the petition was begun in May by the lawyer Kendzi Utsunomiya, the former head of Japanese federation of associations of lawyers. Utsunomiya held press conference to Tokyo on Thursday after delivery of collected signatures of administration Tokyo. The governor Tokyo Yuriko Koike is one of those to whom this petition is addressed.
