The executive committee RFS approved the list of arbitrators on the first half of a new season of RPL. Their number entered 19 judges: Amelin Aleksey, Bezborodov Wladyslaw, Bobrovsky Ian, Vasilii Kazartsev, Kirill Nikolaevich Levnikov, Lyubimov Artem, Sidenkov Yvan, Ivanov Sergei, Karasev Sergei, Matyunin Aleksey, Frolov Anton, Shadykhanov Pawel, Kukulyak Eugenie, Pavel Kukuyan, Vitaly Petrovich Meshkov, Panin Igor, Vladimir Moskalev, Aleksey Sukhoy, Chistyakov Artem. For the last year from RPL for various reasons were moved away five judges: Aleksey Yeskov, Mikhail Fyodorovich Vilkov, Stanislas Aleksandrovich Vasilyev, Sergei Lapochkin, Voloshin Nicholas.
