The Finnish deputy considers that Finland needs to apologize to relatives of deserters who were given out to the USSR

The deputy of parliament of Finland Timo Kheynonen published in the official blog quite interesting note about destiny of the Soviet deserters whom the Finnish authorities returned in the USSR. According to the deputy, only from 1945 for 1981 Finland transferred to the Soviet party of 114 citizens, trying to run on the West through the Finnish border.
