ITI Capital successfully placed bonds "Migcredit" on 800 million rubles

On July 12, 2021 one of leaders of the Russian microfinancial market NON-COMMERCIAL HORTICULTURAL ASSOCIATION "SOYUZ ARKHITEKTOROV" company "Migcredit" successfully placed issue of corporate bonds series 01 on 800 million rubles. ITI Capital acted as the agent on placement of securities. Three-year bonds with the par value of 1000 rubles were placed at PUBLIC JOINT-STOCK COMPANY MOSKOVSKY EXCHANGE on the closed subscription among the qualified investors.
