Court ahead of schedule stopped powers of the mayor of Zeya Sergei Gibadullin

The decision is connected with trust loss to the town governor. Prosecutor's office Zeya district Amur region carried out an inspection of performance of the legislation on counteraction corruptions. It is established that in defiance of the federal law "About counteraction corruptions" the mayor of Zeya Sergei Gibadullin provided a site in free use to the spouse and did not take measures for prevention of the conflict of interests. For elimination of violations the prosecutor Zeya district brought representation to the chairman of the local City Council of People's Deputies.
