In Tyva Republic conscientious the practician joined the Code Chaa-Holsky's Administration of the Chaa-Kholsky kozhuun of the Republic of Tyva, thereby having confirmed readiness to promote creation of safe and comfortable information space. The code conscientious the practician was developed by Federal Service for Supervision in the Sphere of Communications, Information Technology and Mass Communications in 2016 for formation of the uniform safe digital environment.
