Mintrud Republic of Ingushetia carried out an inspection of State Budgetary Institution Troitskogo detskogo Dom-internata institution subordinated to it upon the publication on social networks of the video testifying to incident, occurred in a local boarding school for mentally retarded children. During check it was succeeded to establish that employees of institution did not participate in incident – incident happened between two pupils of the house boarding school.
