Armenia toughens adjustments institutes detentions in criminal trial of the country

National assembly of the Republic of Armenia in the second and final reading approved on June 30 amendments to "RA code of criminal procedure" (Federal law of the Russian Federation of 18 December 2001 No. 174-FZ "On the Criminal-Procedural Code of the Russian Federation" RA). In particular, according to the parliamentarian, amendments are made to Art. 128 of Federal law of the Russian Federation of 18 December 2001 No. 174-FZ "On the Criminal-Procedural Code of the Russian Federation" (concepts of detention).
