VSM Chelyabinsk-Yekaterinburg froze Construction

Hozpartnerstvo HP "USM" closed. Such decision was made by participants of the corresponding project because its realization is postponed. The project froze for an indefinite term. Same concerns also the project of the high-speed highway which has to connect Moscow and Kazan. Its realization earlier postponed at federal level as the extra time for a passenger traffic assessment was required.
