Shadrinsk interregional prosecutor's office Kurgan oblast carried out an inspection of observance of the legislation in the sphere of the address with solid municipal waste in the territory of one of the Village Councils Shadrinsk district. According to item 3 of Art. 8 of the Federal law of 24.06.1998 N 89-FZ "About waste of productions and consumption" local governments the municipal area carry out powers in the field of the address with solid municipal waste.
