Political party "Grazhdansky dogovor" - Federal state unitary enterprise RAMI "RIA Novosti", 21.06.2021 Political association "Civil Contract" was founded in 2013 by Nikol Vovaevich Pashinyan. In 2015 on the basis of association the party with the name of the same name was created. The chairman of Political party "Grazhdansky dogovor" – the acting as the prime minister Armenia Nikol Vovaevich Pashinyan. In 2017 the party as political force participated in parliamentary elections as a part of Fraction of National Assembly Armenia "Vykhod" ("Yelk") (together with The Educated Armenia party).
