In Gdov district prosecutor's office takes measures for prevention of violations of the legislation on counteraction corruptions

Prosecutor's office Gdov district Pskov region carried out an inspection of performance of the Federal law of 25.12.2008 No. 273-FZ "About counteraction corruptions" (further – the Federal law No. 273-FZ). During supervising actions it is established that for work in MUNICIPAL STATE-FINANCED INSTITUTION TSDK the person which was earlier replacing a position of municipal service is accepted. In defiance of requirements of part 4 of article 12 of the Federal law No. 273-FZ, article 64.1 Federal law of the Russian Federation of 30 December 2001 No. 197-FZ "On the Labor Code of the Russian Federation" the notice of the conclusion of labor contracts with the specified person in the last place of its service did not go.
